Return & Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You paid the return shipping fee.
(We only allow return on items that are defective, new and have not been worn or washed.)
* Remember, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return.
Please email us before a return, so we may make you satisfied without a return.

- (note your order number or email order so that we can process your order upon receipt of the return package.)
- When the tracking status shows that the package has been successfully sent back. Please send an email to support@newagetee.com with the following title and content:
- Subject: Return Order XXXX (XXXX is the number of orders you need to Return.)
- Content: Tracking number or link to view delivery status.
- After confirming that the package has been entered, we will refund the money to your bank account, PayPal…
- Note: If you use a credit card to place order, the refund needs 10-15 days to transfer, depending upon the bank.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our system works automatically. Once the order has been produced or shipped, we cannot interfere with the process at this time.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please update the new address when it has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot update the new address. You will bear all costs for this order, and the order will be charitable.
Your order is in production process. If you cancel, you will be charged 100% of the production cost. We will refund shipping fee
Once your package arrives at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will send an email to notify you that the refund has been issued or you can track your order status via this tracking page
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@newagetee.com.
Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
Return Policy

+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
+ Package received wrongly against the order.
+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. NewAgeTee will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.
Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.
If an item is returned to our fulfillment center for any reason, it will be donated immediately. Because decoration & shipment of these orders has already occurred, no refunds will be issued for these items.
If you would like a returned order to be reprinted & reshipped, you will need to place a new order for the items in question.
Refunds Policy
When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
+ The printed image is not clear.
+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.
+ Package received wrongly against the order.
+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
+ Other mistakes caused by us…
Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product
NOTE: Please refer to the size guide here: Sizing Charts We will not take any responsibility about the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order we will follow the above policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
We only accept to modify product with the same or higher price. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (50% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. To check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Support team.
